  • PSU is a private non-profit educational institution licensed and approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) as a part of the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) to provide the following degree programs: Bachelor of Business Administration; Master of Business Administration; Master of Science in Computer Science; and Master of Science in Information Systems.  “Approval to operate” means the institution meets the minimum CA State requirements.
